What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?

You are welcome to change or cancel your booking up to 4 hours before the start of the booking window. After that time, you will be liable for 50% of the wash fee.

Should you need to change the time of / or cancel your booking you may do so using your booking email and our online booking system.

During the hours of business operation, we will be on hand to help facilitate any changes.
